Anime Music Videos - or AMVs, for short - have gained popularity in the fan community in recent years, with increased access to easy-to-use digital video editing software and good dvd-quality source material. Weiss Kreuz Gluhen came out at a good time for vidders, and the availability of high-quality episodes without distracting subtitles encouraged many people who had only previously considered trying vidding to actually attempt to make their anime music videos using Gluhen footage.
As an active Gluhen vidder, I encourage others to try their hand at vidding and share their work with the rest of the fandom. I'll be rotating the selection of AMVs for download every one to two months, depending on bandwidth and/or popularity.
